NHSMUN's participant fee is $105 per person. Hotel costs vary depending upon the type of room selected, but on average, we recommend budgeting roughly $100 per person for each night. Please navigate to our conference fee page for additional information about our conference fee structure and our hotel fee page for information about the hotel fee structure.
NHSMUN 2019 will consist of two identical sessions: Friday, March 1 to Monday, March 4, 2019 and Wednesday, March 6 to Saturday, March 9, 2019. Schools may request their preferred session. Both sessions will take place at the New York Hilton Midtown (conference headquarters) as well as at the United Nations Headquarters. All participants, except for schools located in New York City, are required to stay at the New York Hilton. Instructions for reserving rooms at the conference rate will be made available to accepted groups in November. For more information on the hotel and room rates, please navigate to the hotel and venue page. Schools are able to make their reservations directly through NHSMUN.
During the registration process, you will submit your preferred conference session dates, and indicate the countries and committees that you would most like to be assigned. You will then pay a deposit fee to secure your registration, and our Secretary-General and Director-General team will make country assignments, provide Background Guides, and share a suite of digital resources to guide students as they prepare for the world's premier Model UN conference experience! Our registration will run from October 1-15, 2018. Please feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have, or if you would like more information about how to reserve seats in advance.
