Hotel costs vary depending upon the type of room selected, but on average, we recommend budgeting roughly $100 per person per night. Please navigate to our conference fee page for additional information about our conference fee structure.
NHSMUN 2020 will consist of two identical sessions: Friday, February 28 to Monday, March 2, 2020 and Wednesday, March 4 to Saturday, March 7, 2020. Schools may request their preferred session dates. Both sessions take place at the same venues and feature the same programming. All participants, except for schools located in New York City, are required to stay at the New York Hilton, which serves as the conference headquarters.
During your initial registration, you will specify your preferred conference session dates, approximate group size, and basic group and contact information. Subsequently, you will indicate the countries and committees that you would most like to be assigned. After paying a fee to secure your registration, our Secretary-General and Director-General team will make assignments, provide Background Guides, and share a suite of digital resources to guide students as they prepare for the world's premier Model UN conference experience! Please feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have about the details of the registration and sign-up process.
